From Saturday 14th to Friday 20th December, Royal Porcelain Works are delighted to host a beautiful exhibition of watercolours by David Birtwhistle.

For nearly half a century David has been depicting the Worcester scene and the local countryside in watercolour.  This exhibition includes some recent examples and paintings from his travels in Italy, India, Ireland, France and other parts of Britain.

David’s work is known for his interest in architectural detail and his intense colouring and tone. This is all rather unusual for this medium. He will be in attendance during the exhibition to discuss his techniques and show some of his drawings and work in progress.

Come and enjoy this beautiful display in The Hall at Royal Porcelain Works, and perhaps purchase one (or more!) of these delightful pieces for your own home, or as a gift.
