Advance tickets for all events are available from the Worcester Live Box Office, which is open from 10am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday and 11am to 3pm on Sundays during the Festival. Tickets may also be available on the door of the relevant venue immediately before the start of each event.

For any events not booked through Worcester Live, please refer to the Worcester Festival brochure for more information on where to book.

Please note that all transactions other than those in person will be subject to a £2.50 booking fee (£3 for online bookings) and tickets will be automatically posted out unless the event falls within a week of the booking. In this case tickets will be held in the Box Office for collection but still incur a booking fee.

In person
The Worcester Live Box Office is situated at Huntingdon Hall in Crowngate Shopping Centre, Worcester.

Online
Tickets for most events can be purchased online via the links on the events’ pages. Tickets purchased online can either be posted out or collected from the Box Office. Please note that there will be an additional charge for postage (if selected) and a £3 booking fee per transaction when booking online.

By post
Write to: Worcester Live Box Office, Huntingdon Hall, Crowngate Worcester WR1 3LD. When booking by post, please phone the Box Office first to confirm availability and ticket price. Please enclose a cheque for the correct amount (made payable to Worcester Live Ltd) and remember to add the £2.50 booking fee to your payment.

Reservations
Tickets can be held on reservation for up to 4 working days but must be paid for, in full, 4 days prior to the performance. Worcester Live reserves the right to release tickets for sale that are not paid for within these time limits.

Payment
Worcester Live accepts all major credit and debit cards.

Booking fee
Please note that for all transactions for tickets over £5, other than those in person, a £2.50 booking fee will be charged (£3 for online bookings). Tickets will be automatically posted out unless the event falls within a week when they will be kept at the Box Office for collection.

Free Events
Although you might not need to pay for a ticket, for most free events there will be a limit on numbers, in which case you will need to reserve a place with the Box Office.

Ticket exchange & refunds
It is not possible to give refunds on ticket sales. Ticket exchanges are at the discretion of the Management. There is an administration charge of £1 per ticket exchanged.

Concessions
Where available, concessions usually apply to retired over 60s, students, children under 16, and the unwaged. Eligibility for concessions should be advised at the time of booking and proof will be required. Discounts may also be available on group bookings – please enquire about eligibility when booking.
